Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had amazing rooms, a huge space with a comfortable bed, loads of seating, and a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi bath in Georgetown. The service from the staff was excellent, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, especially Grace. The location is in a quiet street on the edge of the Georgetown tourist bustle but still within walking distance to everything. The dining experience could have been more fabulous, although the breakfast was good and delicious. The facilities were great.
The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, but within a 10-15 minute walk to the old town restaurants. The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, although there were no food options available during the day. The rooms, unfortunately, had a smelly and dusty atmosphere, with sightings of cockroaches, despite being spacious.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions in Georgetown, offering a quiet retreat. The rooms, despite some noise disturbances, come equipped with modern amenities like a TV and safe. The service is attentive, but some basic beverages are missing. Dining options, while complimentary, could be more varied. The hotel's facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers a mix of antique style and modern comfort, with beautifully clean and very comfortable rooms. However, the room can be noisy with issues like air conditioning, a loud bathroom fan, and limited storage space, making it feel cramped. The service is top-notch, very friendly, and welcoming, providing detailed directions and valuable advice. The location is excellent, near popular attractions and local eateries, enhancing the overall experience. The dining options are decent but could use more variety to elevate the experience. The hotel offers a charming environment and great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with classical furniture and decorations, but could benefit from an additional air conditioning unit. The friendly service and colonial-era building are highlights, although the rough street location may pose minor challenges.
The hotel felt like a walk back through time with its curious vintage furniture and rustic rooms, but lacked natural light and had an overpriced feel. The floors creaked badly, and the view of rubbish on a rooftop was disappointing.
